Octave Switching on S61N - Midi control?

Hello, I have a Kontrol S61 Mk3. I'm happy with the shorter keyboard as it fits well and most of my work is with orchestral instruments with a shorter range.

However, sometimes I want to reach up or down to the full range of 88 keys. I can, of course, press the Octave buttons on my s61 but wondered if there was a way to send a Midi message (via a Footswitch, Streamdeck, Monogram etc) to switch the keyboard up and down without touching the s61 buttons?

Thanks

I double checked and can confirm that the octave up and down buttons do not transmit midi signal which can be mapped.

But if you are looking to do this to make out of view articulations viewable on the keyboard, some VST providers provide means to shift the articulation keys elsewhere on the keyboard. Spitfire is a good example.

    Hello,

it´s not possible that way, maybe there is a way in your daw, for example in cubase it should be possible with the midi transformer or ableton with some max4live stuff. what daw do you use.
