Drag and Drop Does not Work in Cubase 13

I normally use Cubase 13 and wish to drag and drop drum sequences in Kontakt Factory Selection 2, Vintage, such as 808Kit. Drag and drop works fine in Ableton 11, but not in Cubase 13. Everything else works fine.

Here is a picture of the Drag and Drop button.

I have done a complete reinstall of Cubase, rebuilt databases etc.

Please help.
