Bugs on Traktor Pro 3

Traktor software is giving me problems. Yesterday I tried to open the software through my MAC computer and the software did not open. I tried to restart the computer and the problem was not solved. I tried to enter the native portal and saw that there was a software update. I did the update and the software did manage to open. But there are still bugs like the display doesn't change depending on the connection of the controller and that the software hangs and crashes when I try to open new playlists. Can someone help me?

What mac computer are you using? What mac os version are you using?

And I assume it updated Traktor to 3.11?

my mac is apple m2 Pro, os 14.3. and yes its the last update of traktor 3.11
