No headphones signal

Hello everybody
I'm having problems with the audio playback on the headphones. My products are Traktor Pro 3 and Traktor S4 MK3. When I installed the driver for my controller (ASIO driver), I noticed that I could no longer find my headphones on the driver ASIO4ALL. Previously I could listen to my music via the audio from the laptop and I could preview it via the headphone output from the controller. Can somebody help me with it?

What is the exact moment that made it happen?
Maybe the update?
Change of the audio engine...or am I missing something?

@MilosExactly, after installing the Traktor S4 MK3 ASIO driver, ASIO4ALL stopped working. So simply the headphone output no longer worked

I have the s4mk3 asio driver and I think asio4all still works.
Dumb questions, but did you restart?
Can you take a screenshot of asio4all?
And I assume Traktor works just fine?

@lord-carlos If I use the ASIO4ALL driver I can only select the output from the laptop for output routing. But he can no longer find the headphones that are plugged into the controller. If I set the ASIO driver of Traktor S4 I can see the headphones and a main output in output routing. I'm assuming these are outputs for the XLR or not?

Are we talking about the settings inside Traktor or Asio4all?
And what is it you are trying to do? Why use asio4all in the first place?

@lord-carlosI would like to play the audio on my laptop and listen to my music via the controller. Before I installed the ASIO driver for my controller this worked fine. Since my PC didn't have ASIO, I downloaded the ASIO4ALL driver

I don't think you need asio4all for that.
The normal windows drivers can use the s4 as well.

@lord-carlos What do I have to set if I have speakers with XLR outputs at a party?

Ah, I read the thread again. If you want to use your laptop speakers + s4 headphone you need to use asio4all. My guess is you have to configure asio4all again. Open that up and see if you can combine the s4 and laptop speakers. Close traktor before you do it.
For normal setup where you connect speakers to the s4 just use stock settings. Select the s4 asio (not asio4all)
Everything should be set up. You can double check that cue/monitor goes to headphones out and master goes to speakers.
Booth out, xlr out and rca out are all connected to the same master out.

I agree with lord-carlos, you do not need ASIO4All if you have a serious ASIO driver.
Still you can use it of course but be aware that you can not route another ASIO driver through ASIO4All. Only WASAPI and DirectX devices.
If you need an independent multi-client virtual device through, i strongly recommend Voicemeeter which is light-years ahead of ASIO4All! You can configure very easy a laptop speakers + s4 headphone connection and whatever else you like.

I will try with all the advice you gave me. Thank you very much to everyone who wrote. I'll report back here to see if it worked

Can you see my problem?

Yes, you need to fix that in asio4all.

@lord-carlos I was able to switch on the headphone output here (I don't have the controller connected, but when it is connected I can switch it on), but with output routing my headphones still don't come on
