What's going on at Native Instruments?

I've been working with Native Instruments for a very long time.

I've bought a lot of products from them.

I've never had any problems so far, but now...

1) I want to buy the UVI bundle, but as I live in Switzerland, the price is in CHF and not in euros. The exchange rate is completely fanciful and

I ask Native if I can pay in euros. I've been trying to contact Native support for a fortnight. But nothing, no answer!

2) I discovered in the forum that a customer had bought the UVI bundle, paid for it, but hadn't received the serial numbers! He tried to contact NI support, but nothing, no answer!

I'm very interested in the UVI bundle, but there's too much risk that I'll pay too much for it and nothing will work!

Has anyone also had problems with NI support?

    I can't get any info either! (USA) I'm trying to get Ozone 11 from Izotope at the discount price on their site but it adds the full price at checkout. There is virtually no way to contact them either. I tried their "Chat Bot" and it "errored" when I hit send. For $300 US I don't trust either company!

    Yes, I've thought about it, but I'm not sure NI's IT system supports it. It could block my account.

    @rogerbaudet We are just out of the biggest sales specials of the year. My colleagues from support have a lot of requests to process at the moment, their reply times are longer than usual, they will get back to you as soon as possible, they will also get back to the person you mention, if that wasn't the case already.

    @John C I also see a request from you, my colleagues will also get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you manage to solve this problem, I'll continue to buy the UVI bundle.

    The price for me should be 188 CHF (not 209 CHF)!
