Kontrol S88 MK3 - driver problem

I connected the keyboard to 3 different computers running windows 7 windows 10 windows 11 all with the latest updates. All 3 have the same problem. I changed cables, USB ports, reinstalled the system and still the same problem. System updates do not solve the problem. Can I get the driver directly from the manufacturer?

@Marecki Kontrol mk3 would not be supported on Windows 7. It should work now with Windows 10 and 11, make sure you have all the latest updates installed for your Windows systems. If that still does not work, please get in touch with our specialists here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Kontrol

after registration in native access you'll find the driver in native access as a separate installer.
