Maschine Mikro 3 shuts down in Ableton 11

following an online tutorial every time i go to take the steps to integrate the group into the DAW Maschine Mikro's software shuts down and closes. here is the discussion on this platform from others with the same issue...

is this an issue that is part of a bug that needs to be fixed ? running Windows 11 with a 2 TB HD and 1 gig of RAM.

    Just to clarify, your Ableton crashes as soon as you load up Maschine as a VST?

    Make sure you are running the latest version of Ableton. I have had crashes like this myself lately, and usually updating Ableton to the latest version has fixed the problem.

    Strangely enough, Ableton has started crashing on me more and more, ever since Push 3 standalone was released?! I cannot help thinking these issues are related somehow..
