Pay & Confirm screen empty on multiple devices

I’m trying to checkout from the store online and when I get to the “Pay & Confirm” screen, it is blank. Payment options aren’t showing up. The only two options are “back to review order” and “continue to payment”. Clicking the latter wiped all 3 of the above mentioned lines and gives an “no payment method selected” error.

Help me Obewon Kenobe, you’re my only hope.
