I'm new to the group. How do I download created samples to the Mikro? How do I connect my guitar to my Mikro through my computer?

You can't download anything to the Mikro. It's just a controller.

You can't connect your guitar to it either. It doesn't have an audio interface.

    To expand a bit more...

You download samples to your computer, then either:

    • drag and drop sampels to Pads in the software
    • add the folder with the samples to the User Library in your Maschine preferences, they should then show up in the USER Browser, assuming they're .wav
    • Or just use the FILES tab in th soft3are to navigate to folder that has your samples.

You connect your guitar to your Audio Interface, thenin Maschine Audio setitngs make sure the input to where you connected it is active, then you can sample/record your Guitar.

I suggest you read the manual and watch some beginner tutorials.

As well as the great advice from D-One, Youtube is your friend there are magnificent tutorials for the Mikro MK3 by the wonderful user community out there.

There are a number of really good budget audio interfaces out there as well which will provide the connectivity you need to record into Maschine software.

I recommend Audient Sono for recording guitar into your computer. These can be found for really cheap at times, and have great features for guitar players
