Cannot update the firmware for my Kontrol S Series MK3-S88

I have a windows pc and it's not letting me update the firmware, I have this new controller for over a week and can't use it. Unfortunately I have to work and stopped trying. I will try again when I get home later in the week. Where is this windows driver update I keep hearing about?
