What does it mean when you Traktor says a channel is missing when its connected properly.

I am having trouble setting up Reloop Flux with Traktor 3. I have one side of my decks saying that the left channel is missing and it can't calibrate. The turntable has a removable RCA, so I replaced it, even though its new, and still the same message. Its infuriating. I already sent a ticket to Reloop, but I wanted to see what you guys thought?

Have you tried to isolate the problem?
For example if you use same cable, same reloop flux, same connection, but a different turn table to said connection does it still only get a single channel? If not it might be a turntable problem.
If yes, it's probably somewhere between the cable, reloop flux or traktor.
Reloop flux has 3 inputs, have you tried connecting the troublesome deck to another input?

Yes. I have an extra deck, so beyond switching the RCA from the Pioneer turntable with another one. I switched turntables. I have a MK1200, so I hooked that up and the same thing. It also says the ground wire is loose sometimes when it isn't.

So it's one out of the 3 inputs that does not work?
Sounds like a hardware defect. Use the other 2 while you hear back from reloop.
I don't know where you live, but in EU you would send it back to the shop where you bought it from.
