Abbey Road drummer modules No Install

I recently purchased the set of Abbey Road drummer modules. after using Native Access to download the images, which I found on my computer, I have tried to install them using Native Access as well. The 60's version did install but I have been waiting for some time for the 50's module to install, I am running Native access as Administrator and apparently my Operating system is not lacking in the required drivers etc. Can anyone offer a way forward with the install please?
