Stradivari Violin

I had Stradivari violin with Kontakt 6 full version. I installed Kontakt 7 player and lost the Stradivari violin. I read the error message info in your product support and proceeded to download from the list ( I have a 10:15:7 Mac) only to get a "404 URL not found on this server" message. The project I was working on before Christmas heavily featured this instrument (which I no longer have!), please can you assist?

do you can't find it in native access, I don't think so, or do you can't find it in kontakt 7 player? Have you tried to start kontakt 7 stand alone before using it within your DAW. You could try to uninstall kontakt 7 for now and use kontakt 6 full, so you can at least use your products and finish your projects. Additionally under kontakt settings you have a database tab, there you can see what kontakt instruments should work and there you can also check if the folders are correct, I woukd start to compare that from Kontakt 6 and kontakt 7 with the violin.
