Why is NI ignoring my support ticket and shipping the product?

I accidentally purchased an s88 keyboard and requested a cancellation, 
but they sent it to Korea, my region, and made me pay customs duties. 
I would be very angry if they asked me to pay shipping costs when requesting a refund. 
Are there any transactions that cannot be canceled due to delay in response? 
This time too, I sent the ticket. 
If ni doesn't respond to this ticket I will never buy a ni product again.
