Is NI Support Not Up To Par?

I'm redownloading the entire Komplete Ultimate CE because NI has provided nothing other than one generic email with already posted articles in over a week. I need to work and after spending lots of my hard-earned money on NI, Izotope an PA (all the same firm now) I ask my fellow musicians if we are entitled to a bit more concern as to our needs after investing in what is professional grade software?

It seems that a preference or .plist file is installed into the main Library directory upon each install. Native Access has no repair feature that would then place the hundred of these files needed so I'm spending days redownloading everything for no reason. It is truly unfair of NI to put loyal consumers through this exercise.
