Download error

Hello,

I have been using your software for a few months now. As can be seen from my customer data, I have already had some instruments

 instruments installed in Native Access. I am using them and they are running smoothly. For 2 days now I have been trying to install

 to install Vocal Colours. It is also displayed in Native Eccess. The file is 16 GB in size. The download stops at 10.74 GB. Nothing can be seen on the hard disc.

After several attempts, this is now the last attempt to somehow deal with the very annoying situation.

I really hope for your help, I have tried all the online tips several times. Unfortunately without success.

Always give OS version info when asking questions .

Make sure that you are using latest version of Native Access . Also make sure that you have sufficient disk space , including temporary space on system drive !

If problem persists then alas I do not have any better suggestion than you need to contact support and let them deal with it !
