Short answer - no. Longer answer - maybe.

Kontakt 7 is only available as a VST3, Reason 10 only supports VST2, so you can't load K7 into R10.

BUT - you can use a separate VST host that runs as a VST2 but will host VST3. Something like this should work Element - Kushview. I've not used it, but it's often mentioned as a way to swap between VST3 and VST2. You load it into R10 as a VST2 and load K7 into it as a VST3.
