Can't load custom presets in Guitar Rig 6

Having an issue with downloading external presets for GR6. I believe it is a preset made on Guitar Rig 5. I've followed all the steps I've read from people with similar problems but have been unable to locate the presets.

I have tried clearing the database folder, rescanning, resetting etc but no luck.

Any idea how I might be able to locate my custom preset?

So, you can see the presets from GR 6, but you can't load them, right?

I can see all the GR 6 presets, but I can't load any custom ones (for example, one I've downloaded that someone else has made)

Do you have them inserted into your GR library?

And how did you inserted them?

Did you just drag them into GR tab or with the settings?
