How can I fix it?

I just bought a b-stock Komplete kontrol s61mk2. All the keys work except F3 doesn’t make any sound when I push it. Fl studio is receiving midi from it just says midi note off when I push it. Also the light above the key lights up when I push except for when I am running it in Komplete kontrol software. Would this be a hardware issue or not?

Do you only get "Note Off" for that key. If you don't see "Note On" it looks like it's faulty. If you're on a PC get a copy of MIDI-OX and use that to check for incoming MIDI messages when you press keys.

I did that and it says note off when I push it and note off when I let go.

Hey @Simeon Showalter Did you ever find a fix to that? Does the key work in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?
