It has been 3 weeks since I made my purchase of a Kontrol Audio 2 my money was instantly removed from my bank account, the product says "shipped" in the order history but when I go to tracking the package all it says is this:
A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.
I've done like 3 support tickets already, none of them get any answers, I really need an explanation or a refund, this is just not acceptable...
