Problem downloading Stradivari Cello & Symphony Series Percussion.

Hi everyone and a happy New Year to all.

I am new to the forum but have an issue I am hoping someone can help me with.

A few days ago I upgraded from Komplete 14 Ultimate to the collectors edition. All downloads and installations appear to have gone fine, and all seems as it should be.

However, I am having a problem with the two downloads mentioned above.

When I try to download Stradivari Cello the download gets as far as 10.43GB, it then stops, goes back to 10.42GB, and falters, and then a message comes up saying the download has failed.

The same thing happens with The Symphony Series percussion which stops at 7.33GB and does the same.

Both downloads stop at exactly the same point without fail. I have tried four or five times to download them and have even tried to download both of these programs to a different hard drive on my computer with no success.

I have just tried downloading Stradivari Cello for a final time before posting this message. On this occassion, when it got to the same 10.43GB, it stopped and began re-downloading the program again from the start.

I am running access on a PC, Windows 10 with 16GB RAM and plenty of hard drive space. My audio interface is NI Audio Kontrol 1.

Anyone with any ideas or suggestions? Any help would be most appreciated.

Try to uninstall then install Native Access first, but only Native Access as a program, not every library.

But before you do that, you need to be logged in to the account in NI site, then you can install it on this site.

If you had searched the forum, you would have seen that there's been a problem with the download of Stradivari Cello since November. The download seems to be broken somehow, yet it's now January and clearly still not rectified by NI.

Like I said I am new on here so not aware of the issue. It's a big forum. I assume that is the same with The other program Symphony Series Percussion which is doing exactly the same. Thanks for the reply.
