Hi, I am new to NI and have bought Komplete Kontrol Standard. My PC is running Windows 11. I have two internal Hard Drives, C which is 250GB and D, which is 2TB. My issue is that when I download the software via Native Access, the C drive fills and the download stops. I have downloaded most apps but have stopped as the C drive only has 10GB free. Any help appreciated.

Hi Sunborn, thanks for the help. In the end I unistalled and reinstalled using D drive for Content and this seems to be working (still downloading).

    Hello,

You should change the Content Location through your Native Access Preferences, as described in this article:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/211577305-How-to-Change-the-Install-Locations-in-Native-Access

You can choose your external drive of course, however, you must move all of your content there, as Native Access supports only one location. For the parts that are already on your C drive, after moving them, you have to use the "Locate" option in Native Access, for each one.

Remember to change only the Content location (or the Download location too, if you wish) but do not change the Application or VST locations!

@PWB700 You don't have to move then relocate your existing content if you change the content install path. That only affects content that you install after you make the change. If your C drive is filling with downloads you're best to change the download location too.

Hi Again, I have uninstalled NI and reinstalled, setting the location preferences to default except Content which is on an internal 2TB SSD. Everything has loaded with the exception of five files, which fail to download with an error "Review your location preferences".

The files in question are: Drum Lab, Scarbee Mark 1, The Gentleman, The Grandeur and Vintage Organs.

I then review the location which is as stated above. Any views?
