no sound from Fables and Lores but other NI work as expected.

I have K7 player,


The Auto echo in my daw is on.


When I click on tracks with instruments, The echo engages and I can hey the sound when I play from my Korg triton. This is with instruments within Kontakt 7 player.


If I do the same with Lores or Fables, I have sound before and once I load it but if I record,,, I see the midi but no levels. This is only happening on Fables and Lores. Am I missing something here?

    Do you use Kontakt Player as a standalone, as a VST in a DAW or both?

    use as VST in daw but i go to the standalone for the settings according to the instructions I have seen

    Check your modwheel : it’s the volume in both Lores and Fables…

    Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. Some instruments just won't play. I can play them by manually using my cursor on the on screen keyboard, but my midi keyboard doesn't work with them. Only happens with some instruments though like the medieval pipes and the voices.

    Yeah, which is really dumb. I want to use my modwheel as it is intended - this makes Fables and Lores much less playable
