Native Access is not installing my products

Hi there

I have had no problem with this before, but Im trying to install product in NA and it says install succesfull or completed og whatever. But it is not installed the download has been deleted and the content haven't been saved to my external drive where I have loads of other stuff.

Is this a known problem?

    Hello,

    what product do you try to install, have you tried to install it somewhere else, checked the settings in native access - all folders.

    I have both tried on my ssd and different other folders on mac.

    It doesen't matter all kontakt libraries I havent installed already ?

    i notice that most of the comments on ALL of these NI boards are completely useless. No one ever seems to answer any questions, instead they ask ridiculous other questions that have nothing to do with the Askers original questions...such a waste and a shame. complete waste of resources.

    and what Mac is do you use and what native access version

    @Martinbster Random thought - you don't have the download and content location set to the same folder do you? I've had someone tell me they had missing installations when they were, and setting them to different folders fixed it.
