I recently bought the Cremona Quartet which includes two violins, one viola and a cello.
I was able to download native access 2 and have had no issues installing the first three of the instruments, but the cello will not install no matter what I try.
Unfortunately, the message displayed only says "Download failed". It doesn't exactly give me much direction when trying to find a fix.
I've looked through the NI support page which wasn't able to help either.
Any ideas? I work on windows 10 if that helps.
