Problem with connection s 88 mk2

Hi. For some time now I have had problems with the full functionality of the s88MK2 keyboard. At startup it works like a regular midi controller. Screens and buttons such as "play" "rec" "stop" are inactive. It was working fine before. although sometimes I had to restart the computer to get it to work. Now it doesn't want to act. I followed some steps like

Reinstalling Komplete Control, updating and others but with no effect. please help.
