Komplete Kontrol Plugins Won't Load With Ableton

I was experiencing some latency issues with my Komplete Kontrol S49 MIDI controller so I googled and read that I needed to update the komplete kontrol software in Native Access. Since updating, my Komplete Kontrol plugins won't load in Ableton. Komplete Kontrol loads my plugins fine in the stand alone app and also in Logic Pro X (both with zero latency) but for some reason Ableton hasn't been able to scan in the plugins since the update. It seems like it could be something to do with the file locations of the plugins but I wouldn't know where to start to resolve this issue. Can anyone help at all please? Many thanks
