Traktor Kontrol S2 not working

A friend has given me an old Traktor Kontrol S2 (not sure if its a MK2).

Have registered everything and got the serial numbers transferred to me and have used Native to download and installed 3.10.1.16 on to my Windows 11 laptop.

The problem I'm having is that none of the buttons on the traktor are functioning, no cue, levels, fx etc. It doesnt appear to be taking any input. The only knob on the traktor that is working is the 'Level' which can change the volume. I cant use the browse option to select any songs in Traktor Pro.

I've tried different audio setups, but nothing and I'm getting no input routing options.

I've tried setting the audio device to Traktor Kontrol S2 or MK2 (ASIO) I dont get any input or output lists.

For something that should be so easy, its driving me up the wall!
