    Same here since upgrading to 3.1. It's really unbelievable what NI is doing here. Reverted back to 2.9.6.

    Looks like we all have the same exact problem with no solution for us- actually they are not even recognizing that there is an issue with the plug in. Kept being told things that make me keep going in circles and circles.


    I dropped 1300 bucks on a s49 and software bundle. Cant even use it in the MAIN way it was purchased for.


    Going to have to try backtracking like some of you to older versions of the software.

    No further fix? Same problem with 3.1.0, uninstalled and installed 2.9.6 manually, works fine.

    If you install today's release, KK 3.1.1 this issue should be resolved.

    Oh man, I did all that de-install/re-install work just to have the fix one day later! Thanks guys, I will try the update.
