Response time from NI ?

I raised a support request yesterday as it appears i've chosen the incorrect upgrade from komplete select to the standard as all instruments in Native access appear in demo mode. Unfortunately all my funds are locked into this upgrade, all I want to do is get the software activeded. I even asked the question to support before I purchased and was told to follow a link for the correct purchase so I thought I was doing the right thing. Anyone know how best to resolve this?
