Dear Sir/Madam of Native Instruments,


I am writing to you regarding my order placed on 12.12.2023 Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received any communication regarding the processing status of my order.


The unclear situation surrounding the order process has caused confusion and frustration for me. In addition to this delay, I attempted to contact customer service, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotline simply refers to the website, and the information provided there did not clarify my questions. This unsatisfactory customer service only adds to my uncertainty and leaves me feeling puzzled.


I would like to understand why my order is taking so long and what steps are being taken to resolve this issue. Furthermore, clear communication regarding the current status of my order would be highly appreciated.


I hope for a prompt resolution of this matter and am available for further information.
