Is there a fast track to get in touch with NI employees in Berlin?
8 years ago I could call them and get my problem solved quickly. What happened to the great support there used to be?!?

@OHO We don't offer phone support anymore but it seems you found how to contact us. I see you submitted a request last Friday. My colleagues sent you an installer for the library, weren't you able to download and install it?
No, the problem is still unsolved and this sucks. Wanted to get a song out before Christmas and the software I already paid for doen not run….
Sent another request…This could be solved within 5 minutes on the phone - only thing I learnt is not to buy any NI software in future

After entering the license number of the product I bought (Ireland Upgrade version), I get the following error message: „Your account is missing the base product for this license.“
This is not true since I already have a license for Irish Harp. My Harp license has been registered and is displayed with my other serial no.
Why can’t I use the Ireland sounds when all conditions are fulfilled?
@OHO That requires some private data and is related to your account it seems but please give this information to my colleagues through your already opened request, the more information they have the easier and faster it will be to fix the issue.
