My Komplete Kontrol doesn't sound anything

My Komplete Kontrol suddenly I stopped hearing completely and tried all the steps in the support section and it didn't work. Can you help me?

    I use Logic Pro!

    I would recommend checking if you properly connected your audio device.

    Either that, or experimenting with the settings of your audio engine (you use Mac, so you have only one engine).

    Well yes, the device is working and is Connected correclty, I was recording a song then a weird sustain appears (I was checking the midi settings in Komplete Kontrol sofware and with out changing anything the sounds stops suddenly)

    @Fernando Rochin If you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone, is everything functional?

    I was hoping to see an answer here as today I have a similar problem.

    Everything was working fine until I tried opening an older Cubase project that asked for Kontakt 6 and would not let me passed the dialog until I clicked on Activate Native instruments to progress. I did that and it showed an update required for Komplete Kontrols to 3.2.0. After that Komplete Kontrols only plays certain plugins. All plug in instruments load and I can see keyboard activity in the interface but no sound. The ones that do work, work as normal. (This is in KK Stand Alone.) I have similar problems in Cubase with both KK and Komplete7. In fact Cubase crashes occasionally when testing out KK.


    Anyone got any ideas? PLEASE!

    @CGTS What's your operating system? IS the issue with Kontakt 6 soved then? What's happening if you open Kontakt 6 in standalone? "After that Komplete Kontrols only plays certain plugins." Do you mean the plug-ins load but empty or you play your keyboard and no sound comes out? Which plug-ins exhibit this issue and which ones don't?
