Why is no artwork displayed on my kontrol s61 screen
Just got this brand new kontrol s61 mk3. I have used it with Ableton and standalone Kontakt. The buttons all work, and the sound is fine, but no artwork is displayed on the screen. Why is this happening, and what can I do to get it working as shown in the videos and pictures?

Yes any NI content that is added from Native Access or officially NKS should include all related files but honestly, hiccups and problems with v3 are common place at the moment so would not surprise me in the least if small things like that don't work. End of the day it is just an eye candy image so it adds nothing beneficial other than something to fill all that unused space on that huge screen...

Would help to know exactly what library/instrument you are loading as some may have artwork available and some may not. A photo too would also help.

Thanks for the reply, I am trying to load Hypha installed through native access. Doing some more reading found that adding a NKS2_hardware_banner file does the trick, but shouldn't that file be added upon installing from native access and if not is there a way to get the files for all or most of NI libraries?

It certainly should but it wasn't in the original (pre KK3) release so possibly you haven't got the latest Hypha update? What version of Kontakt do you have installed? What is your OS?

Kontakt version is 7.7.3 and OS is w11. In the meantime will probably work with the workaround of adding the files needed. I had seen an images.zip file for adding missing images in the Kontakt browser, maybe something similar or updating one of those files with the hardware banner would be helpful for a lot of us. Once again thanks for your help

Thank you, had already reinstalled it, also reinstalled native access and did not make a difference.

you most likely need to delete some folders in App Data / Users etc… i read it's the only solution
