How to send an email to izotope and contact sales
I just purchased an izotope bundle and now I have changed my mind and want to exchange it for a different bundle or return it. But can’t find a way or a channel to send email to izotope? Following the process on the support page will only keep looping back to the starting point. That returns page provides a non-enterable form with no instructions. What is the solution?

If you bought the product on the Native Instruments site then try going to the following page (list of orders) to see if there is a link next to the order that allows you to initiate a return !
If you bought on the iZotope site then do the following :
https://support.izotope.com/hc/en-us/categories/8963091237789-Purchase-and-Account
Click 'RETURN'
Click NO (not of help)
Click : I bought the Wrong product
Click : Create Ticket

alright, thank you very much! I have submitted a request to the support page. I didn't know this email address before. I once sent an email to support@izotope.com, and the reply said that I couldn't use this address to apply for support and asked to go to the help page to apply.

I did the following:
I sent an email to support@izotope.com, and the reply said that I cannot use this address to submit a support application, and asked to go to the support page to submit an application.
I haven't downloaded it yet, but I don't see a return button in my account.
According to the above reminder, I successfully submitted a support application after answering a series of questions in the account column of the support page, explaining my requirements. I entered the order checkout section by mistake before and didn't see a solution to the problem.
In addition, I just saw the email address sales@izotope.com provided above.
