Komplete Kontrol S88 MK1 not being found in FL Studio Midi Device

My Komplete Kontrol keyboard S88 isn't showing up as a recognized input midi device in FL Studio. However when I load up Komplete Kontrol as an instrument plugin in FL Studio, it recognizes that the keyboard is connected and if I play with the keyboard, the software plugins react accordingly. So its not an issue of connection.

I thought it could be a driver issue. However whenever I try to do driver update, it doesn't recognize the device, so don't know if this is somehow related to the issue or not. Clicking "Rescan", does nothing. Please help.

Update. Its not an issue of the updater either. Got the updater to work. But still FL studio not recognizing.
