Help with Session Guitarist Electric Sunburst

Hello, I just bought electric sunburst and the electric mint, but sunburst seems to be taking a long ****** while installing. I realize that its basically not installing or having trouble installing and its lying to me. I basically try to make sure its installing properly, but it fails and continues to lie. If anyone can help me let me know because this is just depressingo.

    I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. Is this from Kontakt or from Native Access? Typically Native Access provides an ongoing update and progress line of what's happening with an install at the bottom of the page and also alerts for things like losing your connection.
