I'm unable to open these files. Where are they and how do I make it work?

@Tomas E You will find the manuals for the Kontakt libraries in the library folder chosen in Native Access for Content location.

The links only works for those that have a PDF manual linked to on drive which is not all , it's most likely a work in progress !. For those where links do not work then you will have to find the expansion on the N.I. site and scroll down to the At a glance / specifications and click at the manual link there, e.g. : https://native-instruments.com/ni-tech-manuals/40s-very-own-drums-manual/en/welcome-to-40s-very-own-drums (product page here)

To discover which expansions have a PDF manual on drive then go to your Native Instruments Content folder and search for *.pdf using Windows explorer that should give you all the pdf manuals on drive ! On my Collectors Edition that gives me around 60 manuals + readme and other !

Do none of them work at all?

Mine seem to be a mixed bag. Some have PDF files, some don't.

They're in the Komplete folder like so:

    \Komplete\West Africa\Documentation\West Africa Manual English.pdf

    Thanks guys!

I've tried to open all manuals. 10 of them work.

I've found 10 folders named 'Native Instruments' on C: but I haven't found the Content folder.

I haven't found the \Komplete\West Africa\Documentation\West Africa Manual English.pdf or any of the other manuals that I can open via KK.

Please provide me the complete file paths for these folders.🤞

@Tomas Barradas Wherever you installed these libraries, inside of the library's folder you will find the documentation.

The problem is, they don't all have PDF file documentation.

Despite the menu in Komplete Kontrol showing that big list, many of the links don't work because there's no PDF file for that content.

I discovered that I could open the file paths of the openable pdfs by selecting them in the Acrobat Reader's recent objects menu and click on the file path name. That way I was able to compare the folders of the missing manuals with the ones that had one.

    Here's my West Africa Manual.

In this folder as well as in many others there's no manual nor readme.txt file.

This location represents the one shown in the image I previously posted, that is the Native Access File Management Preferences for Content Location. So this is were I should find all documentation, but I don't.

A week ago I wrote the NI support about it and they replied that:

"You can check the available manual on any product download page, like this one for Massive: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/synths/massive/downloads/ ".

That's good to know. However, it means that I need to download these manuals myself. I haven't checked yet but I hope that there's also a readme.txt file for every instrument to download to the same location.

I still think that this should be dealt with for the convenience of the users.
