Problems with lost NI accounts

Hello all of you
I'm new to this group, I would like to ask you something that I can't find an answer to. I have a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 registered regularly in NI many years ago. I can't log in with my account on the NI portal because I no longer remember my email and/or pass. I've searched online and on the NI site for how to resolve the problem but I can't find anything about it. I ask you for information on how to do it.
