Feature Request: MIDI VST Support

Please consider adding MIDI VST Support, so that we can use MIDI VST's to control our synths and instruments. MIDI ==> INSTRUMENT ==> FX. Just like FX is added after an instrument, have option to add MIDI before the INSTRUMENT.
