100% Stuck On Intel Ventura 13.6.1 NA Installation

I have used NI forever and it has been running on my current system above. But I cannot install or upgrade anything with NA - the disk image downloads, but it's immediately deleted which I take to be a permissions problem, and that's what NA tells me it is.

I have enabled FDA for NA and the daemon, and have totally liberalized permissions for every related app and directory. I tried NA1 and NA2 - blank white screen with NA1. Tried each from Safe Mode, blank screens there. Tried running the daemon from the terminal as root, no joy.

Finally removed every trace of NI software from the computer (losing access to what DID used to work) and same "permissions" problem. Every other plugin from every company works great on this machine, as does every other imaginable piece of software.

I am completely shut down re NI software, and I am utterly flummoxed. It seems so simple, but everything I can think of fails. Also, I cannot figure out how to open a support ticket.

I believe I have read everything there is about this problem to no avail. I would appreciate any help before I just abandon the whole thing and eat my losses.

Okay, somehow I located the NI script "cleanupDaemonMac.sh" and THAT did the trick. Everything is now happily installed and running properly.
