Constant audio drop outs on Traktor 3.7.1, high load indicator bar, on windows 10. Whats the issue?

Task manager doesn't show any thing at full capacity. Memory and CPU are at around 30% only.

Is this a Traktor issue? Or a windows issue?

Wonder if this issue happens with Rekordbox or Serato?

most probably an audio card latency issue...

what are your setting? (both, in audio card control panel and Traktor)?
