I thought the problem was because I didn't have the same versions of traktor But I have updated both and it still happens It had never happened until the X1 MK3 update
are you using the export/import collection feature, or manually copying files?
exact use export playlist and copy tracks When I add them to the other PC the covers and cue appear but the grid and the lock disappear
what you could try to do is to manually copy the whole collection folder (usually named something like "Traktor 3.11", but it is configurable so yours might be different - it's the folder that contains your collection.nml file.) This presupposes that you are using the same version of Traktor and the same directory names on both computers. I've done it a hundred times between my studio desktop and my performance laptop, and the only time I've had to reanalyze anything was when I was on different Traktor versions by accident - synchronizing that made the stripes work again.
