Komplete 14 suddenly disappear in my Native account and native access
Hi, recently i bought komplete 14 standard upgrade from select. I already install half of the plugin. When i came back week later to install the rest of the plugin suddenly there is no komplete 14 in my account. Please help me, i buy it with the overtime working after study😭

Besides making sure that you are logged into the correct account both when using browser and when using Native Access then things to check immediately is if the product are on you account when logged in here : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ and then make sure that you are logged in to same account in Native Access.
