Does anybody knows which is the time delay for short midi notes on Symphony Series String Ensemble?

The samples themselves will have an attack time giving a delay in reaching full volume. You could try adjusting sample start. (You can control this by MIDI if you want to - in the Source Module.)

Can you show the video or screenshot of your piano roll for this plugin?

If you mean shortening the duration of your sounds, you can just manually do that with piano roll.

I've made a string arrangement for one of my songs (a kinda gospel/soul song) and first I`ve decided to use Symphony Series String Ensemble, but on certain parts, where short duration notes are played very quickly, the sound got delayed and couldn`t follow the tempo.

At first, I`ve thought it was a problem related to attack adjustment, but the attack parameter for the preset I had chosen was "zero". Then, I`ve searched for hep on the internet and have reached the conclusion that this delay is common on sampled instruments , for the players take a certain time to reach the full sound of their instrument. So, the manufacturer keep those small delays in order to make the virtual instrument sound as real as possible.

Because of that, when playing lots of short notes on sequence, there are two alternatives to avoid the delay: adjust the midi notes manually, anticipating them; or use a negative delay, in order that the plug-in start reading the midi notes some miliseconds before their real position on time.

I think that the second option is more practical, but to implement that I had to had the average delay time of Symphony Series Sring Ensemble plug-in. I've found a table with those values for lots os similar plug-ins, such as Albion One, but there was no information about String Ensemble, that`s why I`ve put my question here. Would you have this information ?
