Kontrol S88 MK3 Delayed Delivery
Beginning of October I ordered and paid the Kontrol S88 MK3 Keyboard to be delivered in October. Later it has been announced that the shipping will be delayed till the end of November. End of November is reached now and I not received any delivery notification, nor any reply to my support requests raised. Anybody else having this issue and maybe received any feedback on this matter?

Hey all, some news regarding the S88 mk3 pre-orders made through NI:
- S88's are arriving early / mid December
- All preorders are being prioritised!
- European preorders will be fulfilled / shipped around Dec 11th
- Americas preorders can ben fulfilled/ shipped around Dec 13th

There have been more frustrated customers over time asking the same question. But nobody knows but N.I. and they do not say here yet (they maybe will once they got a more exact date). If you want to inquire further you will most likely have to ask customer which will take a long time to answer and maybe even they don't know for sure yet !

Hi, thanks for your reply and the links. When it has to do with the firmware issue I wonder when they start thinking and taking the MK1 back into service. I mean they shut my studio down, my old PC struggle with the MK1 and the old komplete control software. I bought a new MAC, but cannot use it due to the missing Keyboard. I go on travel December 10th and by murphy's law they will deliver during my absence and the order will get cancelled, as noone is left to accept the delivery. Life could be so easy when you talk to your customer, but they obviously don't want to, as I not receive any reply to my customer service requests. A kind of shame unfortunately.

In you situation I think that we should ask @Jeremy_NI if he has any info or if he can do anything to make sure that you receive your keyboard or maybe expedite the shipping !?,

I will be out starting December 10th, can someone please ensure my shippment will be fulfilled before that date.
Otherwise this will end autmatically in a return and order cancellation, as noone is left to do the receipt, what I definitely want to avoid.

I am afraid that it doesn't work that way. I mean you can not write a message in the forum and then expect it to magically get to customer service. Best would be if you try to contact customer service yourself to sort it out. But problem is also that when swamped with work and all sorts of mishaps occurring then the conversation might not reach it's point of purpose before you have left your home. @Jeremy_NI , I am sorry to have to bother you again but I think that you need to decide how this is best handled ! 🤔

@Jeremy_NI , Did you spot the newest development ? If user can not get the keyboard before December 10th then the shipping needs to be delayed til user gets back !

@PoorFellow @Jeremy_NI thank you both so much for you efforts in this matter. I raised several tickets from November 26th till last Friday. Till now none of them have been picked by someone from the support team, but I guess I simply have to wait and see what happen.

@Jeremy_NI Sorry for asking, I got mine mid october from a reseller - Does that mean this is a broken device somehow? That you guys changed something in the hardware which took 2 months now?

Finally, got an email from zZounds that my S88 MK3 is about to be SHIPPED! I've placed my order back in November.
So for those of you who have been waiting, seems they have arrived. Can't tell you whether or not the backorders being fulfilled might cause them to be out of stock again, but I hope that those of you who want it can might be able to get it now.
