Two free player series

Hi there,

i just purchased Kontakt 7 recently as a crossgrade but haven’t found out where the two free player series instruments are. My apologies if this is obvious but illness currently clouding my head. Thank you so very much

You should have gotten an e-mail which says "Welcome to Kontakt 7", and there's a voucher below which allows you to select two play series-libraries. I didn't get that particular mail because I was a day early, but I contacted support and they added the licenses directly to my Native Access

As far as I know, I got the Kontakt 7 crossgrade and couple of Play Series instruments (and Retro Maschine instruments as well, same for Creator Tools)

If you do not find the voucher or any other information about how to get the two free instruments even in your spam email folder then you will have to contact support. It probably says in the 'T.O.C.' that it may take up to two days for the vouchers/stuff to arrive. Only the problem is that N.I. have a problem so people do not actually get sent the vouchers. I myself have bought/registered two purchases this sale that ought to have given me one or two vouchers for the N.I. shop and three for the P.A. shop and I have so far received nil of these.

So if you do not receive the vouchers or any information about how to acquire the two free instruments within two work days of purchase then contact support and ask to get the two free instruments..

Thank you very much for that. I checked my spam folder and found out that I put the original email from NI in there accidentally. I found the voucher code at the end of that email. Thank you so much for all your help and my apologies for wasting anyone’s time. I just lost my father recently and I’m a bit scatterbrained. Thank you though.

I am sorry to learn about your loss by which you are understandably affected. But don't worry you have not wasted any ones time. This is what the forum is for : "to try to help/assist" , and you realizing that your mail were in the spam folder is also part of the process. At least you found it so all that is good !

With respect to some type of loss then you may perhaps never really be free from the sense of that particular loss but hopefully time will heal in the sense that it will be easier to live with. When you think of your father then think of the good that you had together and always remember that he would wish you to live long and be happy and he will always be with you in spirit every time that you send him a kind thought ! 🙂
