    Hey... I sent mine on Friday, November 24th. As of today, I have not received a response nor the product that I ordered. Please, be honest with clients and don't make false promises @Jeremy_NI

    I have already escalated the purchase to PayPal and if I don't receive a response before December 14th, I will be requesting a refund and returning my Komplete Kontrol to Thomann.... Unfortunately, this means that I will not be purchasing any products from NI in the future. It's a disappointing situation, but it's the only choice I have been left with due to the lack of response.

    @Jeremy_NI I have contacted you 8 times now. I ordered ozone 11 advanced from the company on November 27 but I never received an activation code or license and even less an invoice. I NOW there is the Glitch but im waitinf for one week NOW and m'y compagny banker is not really happy...i find myself having paid $299.25 but I don't have my product. how is it possible to be a market leader and steal customers? I request either a refund or immediate activation of my product. I mainly ask for an answer
