I finally got up the nerve to buy the Komplete 14 Collections bundle and it said the card was denied but now there are TWO pending charges with no serial numbers or anything and I can’t get the chat bot to respond. Anyone having the same issues?! That’s a lot of money for me to be missing until I can talk to someone and I can’t even get the bot to cancel one of the orders. Won’t get past the first two prompts.

    They dont really do timely support here anymore, since the forum was rebooted a year or so back. Its more "self service" now, though NI will eventually respond. You may want to make a ticket.

    Yeah it won’t even let me make a ticket for some reason. Just keeps giving me endless ellipses haha. Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know, though. Truly. ♥️

    @KateTheGnarly I see that you managed to contact my colleagues. Someone should get back to you. Being in the middle of the biggest sales season, they have a lot of requests to process and it affects their reply times.
