Why is there absolutely no support for customer orders?

I placed an order last Tuesday for RX Standard that has been "under review" but my card has still been charged. This is my first time ordering Isotope through Native Instruments and it very well may be my last. I've placed tickets and the only contact I've had is with someone on here in messages telling me to place a ticket. Absolutely terrible.
